The location is ideal for exploring local culture.
Unfortunately, my room was not comfortable due to the odd layout, making it hard to get in and out. The amenities felt a bit outdated and basic, which added to the overall disappointment. Additionally, the breakfast area was too small and crowded, making it challenging to enjoy my meal comfortably.

A delightful escape in Hanoi
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, providing great tips on local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the freshly prepared options that suited both western and Vietnamese tastes.
The breakfast area felt cramped during busy hours, and I noticed some minor wear on the towels. The shower's seal could use an improvement, as it led to a bit of water pooling on the floor.

i was expecting more from a place named little town. The towels were thin and, oh my, the bed too hard. how dare they treat me like this! also, the limited tv selection was just underwhelming. i almost considered giving a decent review but just couldn’t, of course. where's the complimentary upgrade for me?

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious options every morning. great location and friendly staff
The location is excellent , providing easy access to the scenic lakes and attractions. The young staff members were all pleasant , offering helpful recommendations during my stay. The breakfast included fresh fruit and a nice selection of good quality cooked items , particularly the vegetable pho, which I enjoyed.
The bed was fairly comfortable , but the shape was odd, being wider than long, making it a bit awkward for sleeping.
